Over the next few weeks we want to offer a warm, open welcome to everybody across the Diocese of Oxford to explore the Christian faith, or to look again at the foundations of your faith.
This year, Come and See looks at what it means to be human, exploring our baptism through the beautiful pictures of earth, water, wind and fire.
Bishop Steven invites you to join us for this year’s Lent journey.
Welcome to this season of invitation.
Over the next few weeks we want to issue a big wide open welcome to everybody across the Diocese of Oxford to explore Christian faith, to look again at the foundations of your faith.
Every year we have a special Lent course all across the Diocese of Oxford for those who are new and those who are established in faith to come and learn.
This year the theme is all about what it means to be human, exploring our baptism through the beautiful pictures of earth, water, wind and fire.
It can be really hard sometimes if you don’t know what’s inside to cross the threshold of a church and come through the door. But I really want to encourage you to come and look this year and explore new things. There’s so much treasure to unfold and so many riches in the Christian faith.
We really, really hope you’ll join us. Come and see.
